Artesgd provides consulting and assistance services for obtaining social benefits in Chile. We do not guarantee benefit approval, as final decisions correspond to competent government authorities.
The client must provide truthful and complete information and is responsible for presenting all documentation required by the corresponding authorities.
Artesgd will not be responsible for delays or denials in benefit approval by government authorities. Our service is limited to providing consulting and assistance in the process.
Important Notice
We do not provide financial services. Our service is limited exclusively to providing consulting and assistance in the process of obtaining social benefits established by the government of Chile.
Final approval of any social benefit depends solely on competent government authorities and compliance with requirements established by law.
